Grape Dextrose From Grapes in crystalline form

Grape Dextrose monohydrate in crystalline form. It is the authentic fraction of the monosaccharide glucose present in grape juice. It comes in the form of white crystals, with purity > 99%.

Produced in Italy with an internationally patented process. This process allows the monosaccharide, which is found free in grapes, to be extracted without the aid of solvents or enzymes, therefore in a natural way and allowing for the obtaining of a pure sugar that maintains almost completely unaltered the properties and characteristics of grape dextrose as found in grapes.

Applications:

Pastry and baked goods: improves fermentation; Beverages: alcoholic fermentation agent; Confectionery: releases a subtle sweetness and a sensation of freshness in the mouth; Nutraceutical foods (dietary supplements, supplements for athletes): immediate energy source to restore the energy reserves of the body subjected to stress.
